Global Settings Overview
All global settings are under Giveaway Lottery in WordPress admin. Here is a quick reference for each tab.
General Settings
- Send tickets by email (on/off)
- Email sender name and email address
- Email subject and body (use
{tickets}placeholder) - Ticket email style (Style 1 free, Style 2 Pro)
- Logo URL for ticket emails
- Generate tickets when order reaches status (Processing, Completed, etc.)
- Delete tickets when order is cancelled/refunded
- Sequential vs random ticket numbers
Countdown Timer
- Show on shop/archive and single product pages
- Display ticket count remaining
- Custom heading text
- Custom colors (Pro)
Progress Bar
- Show ticket range progress on shop/product pages
- Caption and tooltip text
- Tooltip style and colors
Winner
- Winner reveal page selection
- Show/hide winner button on product and shop pages
- Button text and colors
- Winner list display on product page
- Reveal style (fireworks vs wheel)
Lucky Wheel

Ticket Settings PRO
- Global ticket prefix and suffix (e.g., “GL-00001-2026”)
- Leading zeros for ticket numbers
- Ticket picker colors
- Control labels shown in ticket emails (show/hide name, phone, etc.)
- Move product to category after draw completes
Ticket Export PRO
- Export all tickets to CSV
- Choose which fields to include (ticket number, order ID, customer name, email, phone, etc.)
Instant Winner PRO

Analytics
- Dashboard with total sales, revenue, orders, and participants
- Per-product analytics from Products list
