Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if WinRocket Pro or a paid add-on does not work as described on your eligible setup.
1. Overview
We want you to be confident when purchasing WinRocket Pro or commercial add-ons from WebCartisan. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what happens after approval.
2. 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date of:
- WinRocket Pro license (annual or lifetime, as offered at checkout)
- WinRocket commercial add-ons (Viral Share, One Line Bingo, Lucky Wheel, Affiliate, Email Marketing, Credit Wallet, and future paid extensions)
Refund requests received after the 30-day window cannot be approved except where required by applicable consumer law.
3. Eligibility
A refund may be granted when:
- The product does not function as described on a compatible WordPress and WooCommerce environment after reasonable troubleshooting.
- A critical defect prevents core advertised functionality and our support team cannot provide a workable solution within the refund period.
- You accidentally purchased a duplicate license for the same site and have not activated the duplicate.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
- The issue is caused by incompatible hosting, outdated PHP, plugin conflicts outside WinRocket, or custom code not related to our product.
- You refuse to provide basic troubleshooting information needed to diagnose the problem (such as error logs, plugin list, or temporary staging access when requested).
- You have violated our Terms of Use, including license abuse or redistribution of Pro files.
- You simply changed your mind after successfully using the product for an extended campaign, except within the 30-day window.
The free WinRocket plugin on WordPress.org is free of charge and is not subject to this refund policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us with your order email, purchase receipt or transaction ID, and licensed site URL.
- Briefly describe the issue and the troubleshooting steps already taken.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3β5 business days.
Submit refund requests to support@webcartisan.com or through our contact page with the subject line "Refund Request".
6. After a Refund Is Approved
- Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.
- Associated license keys will be deactivated and must no longer be used.
- Pro plugin files and add-ons must be uninstalled from all sites covered by the refunded license.
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5β10 business days after approval.
7. Support & Refunds
Pro purchases include 6 months of free support from the purchase date. Requesting a refund ends your entitlement to continued Pro support and updates for that license once the refund is processed.
If your included support period has ended, additional help is available as paid support at $25 USD per hour as described in our Terms of Use.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent license revocation.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
