1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing winrocketwp.com, downloading WinRocket, purchasing a Pro license or add-on, or using our support services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services. These terms are entered into with WebCartisan.
2. About WinRocket
WinRocket (Giveaway Lottery for WooCommerce) is a WordPress plugin that enables raffle, lottery, giveaway, lucky wheel, and related campaign features within WooCommerce stores. A free version is distributed via WordPress.org. Pro features and commercial add-ons are sold by WebCartisan.
3. Free Version
The free plugin is provided under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later, as stated in the plugin package. Community support for the free version is available through the WordPress.org support forum. Free users are not entitled to private priority support unless explicitly offered.
4. Pro Licenses & Add-ons
- A valid Pro license or add-on purchase grants you the right to install and use the purchased software on the number of sites specified at checkout (typically one production site unless a multi-site license is purchased).
- Licenses are non-transferable without our written consent.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share Pro plugin files, license keys, or add-on packages except as permitted by the GPL for any GPL-licensed components.
- Lifetime or annual terms, renewal requirements, and site limits are defined on the product page at the time of purchase.
5. Support Services
Support helps with installation guidance, configuration questions, and troubleshooting related to WinRocket Pro and purchased add-ons.
Included support (Pro customers)
6 months of free support is included from the date of your original Pro license purchase. During this period, eligible support requests submitted through our official support channels will be answered at no additional charge, subject to fair use and the scope described below.
Paid support after included period
After the 6-month included support period ends, continued hands-on support, custom development, server debugging, theme conflict investigation beyond standard guidance, or extended consultation is available as paid support billed at $25 USD per hour, unless a different rate is agreed in writing before work begins. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments unless otherwise stated.
What support does not include
- Custom theme or plugin development unrelated to WinRocket.
- General WordPress, WooCommerce, or hosting administration unless directly required to resolve a WinRocket issue.
- Issues caused by unsupported modifications, pirated software, or failure to maintain compatible WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions.
Product updates may continue according to your license terms even after the included support period ends, but update availability does not extend the free support window.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse WinRocket or our services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass licensing, reverse engineering paid components where not permitted by law, using the plugin for unlawful giveaways or gambling where prohibited, distributing malware, or interfering with our website or support systems.
7. Store Owner Responsibilities
If you operate a WooCommerce store using WinRocket, you are responsible for compliance with local laws governing contests, lotteries, promotions, taxes, consumer protection, and privacy. WinRocket provides software tools only and does not legal-review your campaigns.
8. Intellectual Property
WinRocket branding, documentation, marketing materials, and non-GPL assets remain the property of WebCartisan. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our trademarks or website content to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every hosting environment, or specific business results from your campaigns.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebCartisan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of WinRocket or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license or add-on in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that refund requests must follow that policy.
12. Termination
We may suspend or revoke a license if these terms are violated. You may stop using the software at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property) will remain in effect.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of our website or software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
