Yes. WinRocket is built as a WooCommerce extension and outputs standard WooCommerce template markup. It works with any properly coded WooCommerce-compatible theme. For custom themes, minor CSS overrides may be needed. Full Elementor, Divi, and Astra compatibility confirmed.

Ticket numbers are automatically generated and emailed to the customer after a completed WooCommerce order. The email includes your brand logo, custom message body, ticket number(s), campaign name, draw date, and customer details. In Pro, you can add ticket prefix/suffix branding (e.g. WIN-0042-XZ) and fully control which fields appear in the email.

Yes. You define how many tickets are awarded per product quantity. For example, if you set 3 tickets per quantity, a customer buying qty 5 gets 15 tickets. The Pro Ticket Picker also lets you set a "Limit Single Order" option — capping the maximum tickets any one customer can purchase per draw to prevent a single buyer from dominating entries.

WinRocket hooks into WooCommerce order status changes. When an order is refunded or cancelled, the associated ticket numbers are automatically invalidated and removed from the draw pool. The ticket count available is updated accordingly. In Pro, you can also manually add or remove tickets from any order as an admin.

Yes. WinRocket uses PHP's array_rand() function on the pool of valid, paid ticket numbers. Every purchased ticket has exactly equal probability of winning. The draw runs automatically when the draw date/time is reached, or the admin can trigger it manually. In Pro, you can also pre-define the winning ticket number before the draw for fully controlled outcomes (e.g. for sponsored draws).

Yes — this is a Pro feature. The Wheel Winner Reveal style displays an animated spinning wheel that selects the winner live. You can share your screen while streaming on YouTube, Instagram Live, or Facebook Live, giving your audience a fully transparent, exciting draw experience. The standard (free) fireworks reveal is also available for post-draw announcement pages.

Use the [wxgiveaway_winner_list] shortcode (Pro) to display all past winners across all campaigns on any page. For a single product's winner, use [wxgiveaway_single_product_winner_list product_id="123"]. The free version includes a winner reveal page per product. The free core (available on WordPress.org) includes ticket selling, scheduling, random winner draw, lucky wheel, basic analytics, reward points, and email tickets. After purchasing from webcartisan.com: (1) Download the Pro plugin zip from your account dashboard. (2) Upload and activate it in WordPress → Plugins → Add New. (3) Go to WooCommerce → WinRocket → License and enter your license key. (4) Click Activate. Contact support if activation fails after these steps.

First, ensure the order status is "Completed" — ticket emails trigger only on completed orders, not Processing. Then: (1) Check WooCommerce → Settings → Emails that emails are enabled. (2) Install a plugin like WP Mail SMTP or Check & Log Emails to verify delivery. (3) Check your hosting's spam filters. (4) In the admin order screen, use the Resend Ticket Email button. If issues persist, open a support ticket with your hosting provider name and PHP mail settings.

WinRocket includes a .pot translation file and supports 130+ WordPress locales. It is compatible with WPML and Polylang for multilingual sites. RTL companion stylesheets are included for Arabic, Hebrew, and other right-to-left languages. Translations for Bengali, Spanish, Dutch, French, and German are bundled with the plugin.

WinRocket primarily works with the classic WooCommerce shortcode templates and the standard product page. For Gutenberg block-based themes, use the [wcs_lucky_wheel] shortcode inside a Shortcode block, and use Classic WooCommerce templates for product pages. Full WooCommerce Blocks compatibility is on the development roadmap. HPOS (High Performance Order Storage) is fully supported.
